"We" don't serve a head of lettuce. Tumulty's Pub, down the street, which went out of business a couple years ago, sold a very popular wedge salad. The new establishment at the same place, Tavern on George may still sell it. Thanks for coming to downtown New Brunswick.
There is street parking all around the restaurant if you're lucky enough to get it. If not, the nearest parking lot is about 1-2 blocks away.
Sally, There are a couple lots close by, but may not work depending on the size of the bus. Give me a call at 732-249-6666 and we can figure out what works best.
I think till about ten or you coukid call.
I'm hoping the lack of variety is about perfecting a few small dishes 😂
Although my food came out a bit cold, the flavor of it was great. The drinks were also good. I recommend their cheese curd appetizer. That alone made my entire evening.
We love the Harvest Moon Brewery. Fine selection of brews plus a nice selection of food items. Our appetizers were fantastic, empanadas and the onion petals. We love the hangar steak and the fish and chips. For sandwiches, we enjoyed the roast beef on pretzel bun and the pulled pork. Everything was tasty, and we'll prepared and presented. Menus were on tablets with an intuitive interface. Good service. The building has character. Enjoyable experience. Parking is challenging, but there is a lot down the block and metered parking.
Food: 3/5 - Good, but nothing special. However, not a bad spot if needed.Experience: 4/5 - The staff really made you feel comfortable. Despite the small amount of people downstairs, the upstairs portion was hopping. X-Factor: They had their own seasonal beers so if you are a beer fanatic, hop over to this bar to try their seasonal selections.
This place is a nice addition to the college bars on George Street. Been here for years and attracts an older after-work white collar crowd. Very affordable tho, with great beer on tap. I just wish it were bigger, as it's often hard to find a table.Update: good brunch menu and $5 mimosa!
